I love this place. I've been going there since they open many years now and I'm a nail Queen ‼ I highly recommend trying t&v nail salon Worcester mass ... Clean Atmosphere really reasonable prices!

Went here about 5 times and loved it! It was relatively cheap and they did a great job with all my design requests. However, this time will be my final time going here. I had my full set of nails on from my last appointment a month ago. One mail fell off yesterday so I immediately went in today to avoid me picking off the rest in hopes to safe a few bucks with a full instead of a full set. She spent an hour and a half basically filing the skin around my nail. It was painful and I pulled away and she would continue. The one nail that had fallen off was redone horribly with a hole and gaps between my real and fake nails. There is polish on my skin and the light yellow is still see through! I called back to schedule an appointment tomorrow to fix it and the man who answered asked me what he wanted me to do about it and asked if this was my first time at that salon. I responded no but it would be my last. Not to mention they just make up their prices as they go. Last time, I got a full set with a multicolor design and was charged $50, this time I got a full with multicolor no design and was charged $48. When I asked for a rundown I was told it was $25 for a fill, $12 for the gel, $5 for the colors, $3 to repair the nail that was broken, and $3 to cut my nails!

I use to love this place but the owners attitude Tracey just sucks now. One small complaint to her on how I didnt like my nails and shes talking about me to her co workers and complaining that she cant re use her 2 cent rhinestones I had her remove because they looked cheap.
