Duke's sewer are an excellent company. They answer the phone quickly, no matter the time. I have had both Will and Adam do work for me and both were absolutely excellent. Adam in particular explained things to me so that I could understand and was very thorough. Very professional and I would highly recommend them if you are having sewer problems.

I had Will & Matthew come out today and unplug my drain. They worked really quickly and informed me that the plug was on the city side. I have had my drain cleaned many times by a different service and not once did they check to see where the plug was coming from and I appreciate that a great deal. They were very nice helpful young men, actually the best technicians I have ever had come out.

Last night we had a bathtub drain that was plugged. A Duke Sewer serviceman came this morning within an hour of phoning them. He found the drain was unplugged already due to the Draino that was put down the night before finally desolving the block. The service person still ran the snake through as a precaution. They didn't charge us as we always get them to unplug our drains at our properties as they know what they are doing and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Will from Duke Sewer Service arrived to put a camera down our sewer and located roots that needed to be cleaned out. He was very efficient, completed the job in a timely manner and explained how far the root problem was and that we could submit the bill to the City of Regina for repayment as the clog was on the city property. When we left there was no clean up that we had to do. He was very polite and efficient - very good workmanship.

I had an issue with me sewer on a Saturday morning and Duke sewer sent someone out within the hour. After they found I had roots in my line they explained how the city would reimburse me and showed me how to do it. Great service!

Right from the get go, Dukes was professional, honest, and very accommodating. Gage was the gentlemen who came into our house and fixed our plugged kitchen sink. If Duke isn’t the first company you think of for sewer line issues, it should be. They are quick, professional and do an great job. They make sure if there is any mess they made, it’s cleaned up. I’ve needed their service at two different locations both in semi emergency situations and can not recommend them enough!

We recently had our shingles replaced. Soon afterwards, our sewer system plugged up tight and caused significant water and sewer damage to our basem*nt. Tony and Gage arrived very promptly with a camera and cutter. To everyone’s surprise, they pulled out a 4 foot roll of roof tarp. I don’t know how to post a photo in this review but I posted one on their websiteI highly recommend this company for any of your sewer service needs. Such great staff and professional service at very reasonable rates. We are so grateful that Tony and Gage were able to rectify our situation so efficiently.

I had a clogged sewer line and Gage arrived within a couple of hours my my call and spent 1.5 hours finding and cleaning out the clog. He was excellent at explaining the problem and very personable and professional.
