just nowNEWI got a pedicure yesterday and the tech cut my toe, I now have swelling and pain. I called and the man there told me, no refund. I noticed the tools they used were not prepackaged and now I'm hoping I don't get a horrible infection. Will never return again. Don't go here.

Very disappointed with the customer service today. I am a regular customer and come in every 3-4wks for my pedicures. I had an appointment at 6pm and waited 15 min then told to wait another 10 min. By the time it was 6:25 they ran the water (really hot) after I asked for warm. I'm waiting patiently and at 6:33 they run another pedi for another customer who had just walked in 15 min prior. I was told to please wait to be helped after her. I had an appointment and have been waiting since 6. I had an appointment for a reason and had to be out by 7:15. I was then lied to that "someone" over booked. BS! I said thank you and left. Almost 40 min wasted time and disappointing as I have recommended many people here. They have lost a loyal customer.

I went today for the first time. It was a recommendation by my sister in law! I left so happy! I got a pedicure and callus removal. Jenny did an amazing job & she took her time! I'll be coming back. $39 for a gel pedicure. Not bad at all!
